hi friend this is tommy
i am using this forum as a guest now i am a registered member
my issue is that my paypal account every time permenant limited or temporary limited but unable to restore so i need some suggestion for that

Welcome to the forum :)

If your trying to use a UK or US PayPal then you would need an IP that matches those countries. That if one of the big mistakes people make at first

You also have to make sure that the IP is a safe non abused IP / IP range
