Seems crazy! | That is exactly what happened with my original Amazon account, and nope, it wasn't the usual item not received or not as described, it was something as petty as 'I did not provide a VAT invoice' to a customer - When I wasn't and could not have been at the time VAT registered.
So Amazon sided with the customer after endless debates, and I came to realise the customer holds the reigns over your fate as a seller on Amazon.
Since then, I no longer sell on Amazon as much as other platforms. So they lost themselves a customer - not that they care.
and THIS is why I endorse Amazon Ghost and eBay Stealth! because of this prejudiced behaviour. |
