while i am here i will tell my story

i sell items that are un authorized jailbroken ps3s to be exact

i found that i can post on ebay and get buyers to pay me on paypal that way paypal doesnt have to whine over it since they dont know what item i sold

a few people paid me over friends and family payment now my acc is limited and paypal wants info i dont have on my main acc that i have not done any thing wrong other then then accepting personal payments learned my lesson tho

Next time just do the normal paypal payments, dont do friends and family thing. Start with a new paypal account.

@OP - why did you stop at one post if you need ten?

BTW, Paypal can just as easily see what you are selling when you list on Ebay. All of the transaction details from Ebay still show in Paypal. The only difference is you pay an extra 8-10% in fees for completing the sale on Ebay.

The F&F payments are what did you in. You would most likely still be in business had you just paid Paypal their cut. They are a company that has to make money somehow, and they don't take kindly to people circumventing their fees for business transactions.
