Well, i always do get a grin on my face when i travel into the southern part of South Carolina. you will go over a river called "The Coosawhatchie River". I think to myself, "i know what was going on here back in the day". Just saying, you never really know where it comes from, right??.:welcome;

Cool, i am 30 miles north of the NC/SC boarder. My farm is right on I-95, its perfect for travel, just go half a mile and pick what part of the country you want to be in in 12 hours.:brushteeth:

You're about 150 miles from me. I'm about 5 miles from the SC end of I-26. It's cool because we are very close to historic downtown Charleston, but that's about the only benefit.

I was just up at Chimney Rock last week!

I love Charleston, its a great getaway for a midweek runaway. It's wild about Chimney Rock. It just so happens that i proposed to my wife on the top of Chimney Rock under the flag pole in 2000. They also have a great sunrise service at the park every Easter. If you go in for the service at 4:30 AM you also get access to the park for the rest of the day. And they have a great breakfast lineup at the restaurant at the top after the service. :comp5:
