Welcome to the forum flavio.

Digital items are not allowed on eBay. You can go "stealth" with other accounts but the same situation will arise. Is there any specific question you have?

Welcome to the forums flavio - goal of the forum is to learn how to make stealth accounts. Your digital sales are problematic for ebay and paypal - you will need to experiment for what works for you.

Digital items are not prohibited on Ebay (I'm not sure where that came from) but that's a very restricted and watched over category. Here's Ebay's explanation:

Your account closure likely had more to do with copyright infringement rather than selling games. You would have to be authorized by the copyright holder to sell this type of thing.

I've sold digital items for a while but I used aged PayPal and Ebay accounts. Never had any problems with limitations.

Welcome to the forums friend.
As everyone else said - selling digital items on ebay (of any kind) is problematic at best. Learn all you can about stealth and you can try to get things done by starting off very slow.
