PayPal case help needed
 

Hello,

This is slightly off topic from Aspkin but I'm kind of buyer from India

I bought goods from TX seller, I sent him PayPal for $1550 but he never shipped after that to my address specified on PayPal while paying for the goods

I opened the non-receipt claim for refund seller has responded with tracking no which shows delivered to some NY address using FedEx

I called PayPal and said location doesn't match, seller simply gave tracking that doesn't even belong to country I live

Case is being reviewed by PayPal for 7 days I don't know who's gonna favor, Since here is a group of experienced PayPal sellers over years I came to post my query

Please suggest me way or solution

Welcome to the forum :)

Paypal will most likely side with you, if the address does not match.
Because paypal will check the tracking and if it shows it is in a different country then you should get refunded.

Agree with Bunneh. I'm a seller for 5 years, you will win the case.
