Joining the family

Good morning everyone.

I guess I don't have to explain why I am here..... Long story short: I had a small business on eBay (I was selling electronics). I went out for holidays and everything was fine. The last day of my holidays I tried to check at the hotel hall how the things are going on my shop and.... "Your account is suspended ....". After reading a stealth guide I understood that this can happen because of open WiFi.

So I am here to learn more from you and get back to business :thumb:

Hi Welcome to the forum, what reasons did they give you for suspsending youre account?

I was told that for security reasons they can't tell me this.....

Make a new password, I would be surprised if they dont reinstate your account right away after doing this.

Welcome to the forums - Danielle, in your case, all hope may not be lost - could be a temporary suspension based on the IP/risk
