Hi there,

Do you guys think it's safe to use 24vc shared ip accounts to create backup idle accounts. Just to create them and sit there with no verification or do you think you really do need to use a fresh ips?

That wouldn't be a great idea to start your account off with a shared ip even if just to let it sit idle. For this purpose you'd probably be better off buying a MIFI or use hotspot and making all the accounts on it with it, then let it idle, then when ready to use get fresh ips from 24vc
