From old IP to new IP question

I need to change my ip address. My current VPS is expiring and I can't renew it (not important why). So I'm going to sign up with 24vc for a new IP.

Will ebay and paypal ask for verification again of some sort once I login on the new IP?

If I import my chrome browser user profile (with cookies) from old IP will that be a good move in terms of making a stealthier transition to a new IP, thus avoiding unwanted attention?

Not very clear to me why you have to "import" something.
You shall be using the same browser on the same Window user account to log into EB/PP with the new IP.
If your cookies are in place there should be no question or verification from EB/PP even on a different IP providing that country is still matching.

P.S.: oh... just realised you are using VPS... yes you need to move cookies to the other browser.

Yes I am currnetly using a VPS so will need to move the operation to another machine before connecting to my 24vc VPN.

And I can move the cookies by exporting and then importing chrome user profile true? And this helps me avoid ebay asking me to call them or receive texts etc etc?

Cannot assure that to you... would be better to have a valid phone number associated to the account just in case any verification is requested.

Fix the phone issue first before changing IP from VPS -> VPN.
