Hi!
I am connected with a router.
I restarted my router and check my IP through Whatsmyip.org
And the ip is different every time.

Does that mean that i can open a new account on a different name and log in with this router to ebay?

but i already got suspended some month ago..
am i protected cause the router changes IP or i need to get a new modem?
