New ip Mutiple accounts same ip ?

I have a BT home hub and it's very easy to change the ip by turning it off and on. my plan was to have 3 wifi routers connected to the home hub.
and all 3 stealth accounts have there own router and own ip address.

Bt home hub = Pc ip 87.154.110.213
Wifi router 1 = Laptop 1 ip 87.154.110.214
wifi router 2 = Laptop 2 ip 87.154.110.215

Unfortunately they all have the same ip is there anyway I can achieve this
