change ip adress

Hi so I have a personal "wifes ebay account on a tmobile hot spot ZTE"

And before I start my stealth account I purchase already.I opened a new user account on my Mac I looked up the ip address and is the same as the wifes ebay account how would I change it so it can stay different from the wifes account IP dress ??

How are you using with mobile or PCs?

Either way you'll have to access internet with something besides the hotspot on one device because even if you change IP on hotspot both devices will have the same IP if both are using the hotspot.

DO you have any other kind of service?
