iPhone 5s 4G LTE IP address change

So I just noticed that I you can change new IP address on your phone 5s (AT&T 4g LTE) It's is safe to connect on my laptop ? Or stick with mifi version?

Iphone Tethering and or Mifi are both safe as as long as you change IP's.

This is called tethering and it is faster to change IP than MiFi.
