IP address in usa
 

Hello,
I am interested in buying an eBay account and I have noticed that the accounts for sale do not include VPN services. However, 24vc has been recommended as an option.

My question is if an account is created with an IP address in one state and I sign up for a VPN service that provides an IP in another state, will this cause my account to be flagged?

The stealth guide says that the IP should be within a 100-mile radius of the registered address. But, when I ask the eBay account sellers and the VPN hosts, they tell me that it does not matter if I change IPs as long as the IP is in the same country. This contradicts what I read in the stealth guide.

Has anyone ever tried this?

As long as its within the same country you're good to go, tons of people use mobile hotspots etc which are known for not giving exact locations, so its really not that important, if you can get closer to the state that be cool but it doesn't matter that much

I use NY ips to manage Cali accounts all the time without issue for many years

Just to be clear, we can use a different IP address every time we log in and this will not be a problem. We don't need an individual, new IP address dedicated to each account whether on eb or az?

Have to make sure IP doesnt overlap on accounts

You sure? Now picture this, that you are using Public VPN for example
and same IP login in 2 different Paypal Accounts, that
could be a problem, since pretty much every USA Internet user
have a Paypal..

The public VPN is probably not the best idea. They could be blacklisted and cause many problems with your PayPal account. Stick to fresh IP addresses.

Being in a 100-mile radius of the registered address is ideal but as long as the IP's are in the same country then you are good to go.
