New phone with internet plan like a new IP?
 

Hi,

I would like to use a brand new phone on a brand new plan with internet under my friend's name. I would then create a new PayPal and eBay account under his name too.

The bank account linked to PayPal would be in my name and I would be in possession of the phone at all times. Is it fine to use the phone as only source of internet and will I have any issues? Considering I would never log in to any WIFI?

Re: The phone, that's fine as long as the phone has never downloaded and used the eBay app. Since you posted the phone is "brand new" you're covered.

Re: Using your friends name, not sure why you would want to drag him into the picture? Creating a true Stealth account would be more desirable.

So I should never use/download ebay o PayPal app? Do everything off Safari if I use an iPhone?

Also, is it okay to link a debit card that is not linked to a financial institution and not in the PayPal account holder's name?

Using the app is fine, but after you do... eBay/PP will have a record of that devise forever. Just don't use that phone for another Stealth account if you chose to use the app.

So new phone, new simcard, new email, new paypal, and only use it with Safari, no apps, my question is
I want to use Oneplus 3T with 2 sim cards. Of course different numbers as well. Every time when l want to check one account l want to turn off the other sim card and use separated each accounts. Hopefully somebody got my point with 1 phone-2 sim cards-2 different IPs-2different account login option from one phone. Is this safe. I want to use my 2 US stealth accounts with 2 UK sim cards. Any help
