hello all, I'm having a bit of trouble changing my ip address. I have spectrum and it comes with wireless router. Not a computer lit. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Use other type of connection. USB internet key or tethering your phone will do the job :thumb:

If you do go down the route of tethering, make sure to uninstall any apps such as ebay, paypal, gumtree (also owned by ebay).

That's because the apps (possibly running in the background) will pickup the same IP the phone is giving to you via tether - and could cause accounts to link if you previously used the apps with a suspended account.

Best to stick to USB Dongles in my opinion, or at the very least if you do tether, restore phone back to factory settings just so your 100% safe.
