VPN iPhone Apps

Has anyone used any of the VPN apps on the iPhone for the ebay and/or PayPal apps? Surfeasy looks solid, has anyone experimented?

I know everyone says not to download the apps , etc etc, I know but I like having the apps and am curious if anyone has experimented, I may soon if no one else has.

The app is fine, the problem is using it with multiple accounts.

Well the phone will be used on wifi so I want it to have the same consistent VPN
