Best is to tether by phone or mifi devices from major tel companies.

Honestly, your request really doesn't make sense. There isn't a "stealth modem" or "stealth router", exactly what are you trying to accomplish?

Make it easier for guys to understand

I will assume that any router that is good for stealth will also be good for everyday internet Wi-Fi usage.

I'm looking for router that will be easy to change ip and Mac address

Intuitive user friendly for changing ip and Mac fast, easy, efficient
