usb dongle what prepaid SIM to buy
 

Hi,

I bought a Huawei Claro usb dongle (unlocked gsm). Then I bought Straight Talk STBYOT.com prepaid sim. I went on their website and activate the sim, but when I put it in the usb dongle, it doesn't work (can't connect).

I went to their website trying to activate the sim again, but then it ask for the device IMEI number. However, there's no IMEI number on the usb dongle.

What am I doing wrong here? Did I buy the wrong type of SIM for this usb dongle?

Actually, i was able to get the IMEI number of the usb dongle. However, when i register it, it says the device is not compatible :(

So what are the prepaid sim out there that would work with my usb dongle?

Personally I have used and still use "Flashed Verizon Mifis". Not the fastest but at 3G unlimited you can't really complaint a lot.
