Hi guys! If I make a new PayPal account how important is it to have the same approximate location?
Can I make a PayPal account without the location being close to IP?
For example
Home post address is in New York
IP address is consistently in my vpns location, Dallas.
Is this okay or does.this seem fishy to PayPal?

as long as same country and ip is fresh you will be good to go
