I am with PlusNet and want to change the IP
Would it affect the speed as im on fibre
Also how do I change it?

Rebooting in some instances works fine.

If not, try changing the mac address of router slightly (Quick google search, router brand + change mac address - should point you in right direction).

If to no avail, you may have a Static IP, consider using mobile data dongles or a VPN (see link in my signature below).
