Does IP location matter
 
If I get a fresh IP from ipburger and it's in a different state then the address I will register with Amazon is this going to break the account ?

iP says California but my Amazon address is new York do we have a problem

Stealth guide says within 100 miles

It shouldn't be. It wont trigger anything... and if they manually looked into it they would see it's a data-center IP which isnt out of the ordinary. I sometimes get IP's in other states with my VZN 3G MiFi... No problems, although they aren't on opposite sides of the country. I wouldn't worry about it personally. But then again I've only mastered eBay...

Let me add I've been here a minute and never read anyone having a issue with it....

Don't do it. Not a good idea at all.

As you've already stated, stealth guide says within 100 miles so why not follow its guidance.

There's a LOT of contradiction in the guide, but he later says that as long as its in the same country that it doesn't matter.
