I'm a newbie from Europe who wants to create a US PayPal account.

Does anyone knows about buyproxies.org? They have dedicated proxies.
Will it work with PayPal or it's not a good idea to use them?

I prefer a fresh and dedicated VPN IP solution myself. I hear bad things about proxies...

Proxies work if used right, but you'll need to put time and effort into researching what makes them work.

Will save you a lot of time to just stick to a fresh vpn. Quick setup, works.

https://www.myip.io/ contact them and let them know you want a fresh ip when you purchase a dedicated ip. its 10 bucks a month for USA.

What if my address is in Las Vegas, but the VPN doesn't have a location there?

Can it be a risk if I want to use the VPN for PayPal?

You are suggesting a company that uses a strange address, io.

They are located offshore and frankly their rates are cheap.

Cheap and stealth means nasty.

I am suggesting out of experince I have been using them for about 3 months now. An I have had no trouble so far. I talked to CS and looked for reviews before I bought a IP.

As long as it works I am good and if they ever go down I'll most likely use 24vc or start looking for a back-up.

.io is not a strange address, many programmers/software sites use it.

It is not usual. You would need to think about using this type of service.

You should be researching for better services, and not a cheap price.
