I always recommend learning the basic's of Linux, renting a VPS running Linux with a static IPv4 and build your own VPN with SoftEther VPN server, but the majority of people here will never have the technical skill or faith in them selves to try even though it is way easier than they think and google will tell them exactly how to do it...
I wouldn't recommend taking your chances with a free or cheap VPN service or proxie since logins and financial info will be going though it but to each his own. |
