Confused please help
 

Im kinda confused so Really only one would need to run multiple accounts would be just go to ipburger and get a fresh vpn for however many accounts they want to run... and create a user on there computer for each account and vpn correct???? pl

Yes, that's correct. Try not to over complicate things and confuse yourself.

Dedicated VPN + Dedicated user account = safe account setup.

Only reason I went into such detail in your other thread is because you didn't mention using a VPN at first. I thought you were about to use the same home connection you've used before.

Actually if youre located in the US there are other IP solutions you could employ which would be far more cost efficient than VPNs for each account - such as a MiFi device.
So to clarify - to run multiple accounts you need a new device for each one (such as a new windows user account) and a proper IP solution - either a dedicated one (such as a VPN from IPburger) or a dynamic one (such as a flashed MiFi device).

OP mentioned that they planned to use a VPN in a response to their other thread, so I didn't feel the need to mention alternatives again.

If you're going to operate a small amount of accounts, dedicated is the way to go. If you're going to churn and burn, use the mobile IPs.
