VPN Service that uses an app
 

I currently have 24vc for my ebays. Recently rooted my Galaxy s8 phone and modified the build prop file so that I can add multiple user accounts just like on my laptop. However I can only add my VPN to the managing user, the secondary users do not allow me the option to add VPN :( Not sure if there is a way around this so was wondering if there is a VPN service that utilizes an app to connect? This way I can install it on each user account to connect. I really dont want to use HMA. I read on a thread here that NORD offers dedicated IP? Note that Im not really going to be running ebay on these but another shopping app that is mobile only right now and Im sick of having a stack of phones.

As mentioned that only allows you to add a VPN manually which isnt an option once you switch off of the primary user.

MM78 you mentioned you use a tablet I believe, what are you using for VPN for multiple accounts on your droid?

I don't use VPNs, I use Proxies.
