Default Virtual private network

I have been doing a lot of research on being stealth online and VPNs seem like the way to go.
I am guessing most of you guys here use them.
What providers do you guys recommend?

Also, how hard would it be to set up your own VPN on a dedicated server?

with VPN providers you run the chance of the ip being recognized as a VPN service. for the stealthiest of stealth I'd set up my own VPN on a dedicated or virtual private server to save money. dedicated is costly. haven't installed vpn before but shouldn't be all that complicated.

ok, thank you for your reply.
I think I will be getting a vps or dedicated server.
I already saw that some providers offer up to 68 IPs !!

But my question is, how do you manage those ips? Would you just configure a vpn network for every ip?
