New Fresh IP Same As Old IP Except For Last Numbers. Problem?

Hi,

So I ordered a new Fresh IP from 24vc and they gave me the same IP address as the old one(which is still active and used with a different account) except for the last 3 digits. so basically XX.XXX.XX.YYY
The only difference is the YYY.
Will this cause a problem/get me flagged or link the 2 accounts ?
