Proper ISP ip address

Hi folks

seems ebay aren't too found of vpn's, i was asked who my isp was gave them the vpn hosting companies details and luckily lifted the restored the account

i wanted to ask what are people here using to get a fresh IP for example in another city so it ties into the ebay account address, is there a way to get a ISP ip ?

No need to have the IP really "tied" to the same city the account is.

You only need to have an IP in the same country the account is registered.

So any UK ISP will do if you are able to change IP address logging in your stealth account as per stealth rules to keep all the accounts unlinked (IP doesn't have to be fixed... dynamic IP is perfectly fine)

I may go back to using a dongle, but thought vpn may have been better, the fact it flags up as a vpn on their system isn't great
