1)I was asking here before about buying discounted gift cards. Users told me that the reason why I can't buy them with my US stealth acc is because all VPNs are non-residential IP. Would it be different with a service like microsoft Azure?

2) What about normal VM like VMware etc? I understand it changes ip at certain degree(maybe only last few digits?). I M NOT going to use it for stealth accounts. But for acc registered on my relative which I can verify. But I don't like scrutiny and re-verefications. And try to work with legit accounts in a similar way as with stealth. Is VM would be good enough in that situation?

Heeeey. Will VM like AZURE work without VPN ? Or I still need a VPN for it?

I ve heard that some services use for amazon accounts something like a VPN inside a VPS. Before I've heard that VPS are bad. But new guide doesn't say about it. Moreover, it sounds like author encourages cloud VM. I contacted one of the VM suppliers and asked them about IP, they said it is dedicated and permanent. But they can't guarantee it is fresh.

Can anyone comment on it? I want to give an access to Virtual Assistant. And I am afraid to provide VPN. Becasue it is easy to mess up\forget.

All those IP will be from data center. You need residential IPs.

but experience members here told me that residential VPN doesn't exist at all. Is that true?

so then what the point to pay for VPN if a VM already has a dedicated IP. The only problem I see is that they don't guarantee it is fresh. It is dedicated but not necessary fresh.
I see a huge advantage when you give access for VM to Virtual Assistance rather than VPN which they can mess up.

Which VM do you use? Running at you local PC or rented?
