do only the last 15 digits of my I.P matter?
I am about to set up stealth ebay and paypal accounts so am getting acquainted with I.P address changing.
I have sky broadband (UK) and when I turn airplane mode on and then off again, my I.P address changes.
I have been told that this is fine for stealth and I won't need a VPN etc.
I have noticed that only the last 15 digits of the I.P address change every time but the first 15 digits always stay the same.
is this still kosher? |
