| ascend_18 | 03-25-2018 11:10 AM | Issues with 24vc.. I currently have 5 VPN's thru 24vc, for which payments were staggered throughout the month. On 3/10 I realized all of my services were suspended, which was surprising since all had been paid inside of the previous 2 weeks. I was then informed that they decided to combine my invoices into one and make it due on the 10th, which I would need to pay in order to reinstate my services, even though I had just paid on all, as stated. I finally managed to workout that issue, but now my services are cutting out literally every 10-20 seconds on each acct. This had never happened once in the previous 3 months, and now I'm unable to even type a reply message to a buyer without my killswitch dropping the browser. I'm not having any issues with my regular internet service. Is it just a coincidence or...? I thought about switching to IP burger, but it's best not to change IP's at this point, right? Any advice is appreciated! |
