Paypal: IP address range?

I would like to use some clean IPs to create my paypal accounts but the problem is these IP's are almost identical except for the last two digits, for example

ip 1: 123.456.78.98

ip2. 123.456.78.99

My question now is this, would paypal connect the dots between the accounts created using identical ip addresses? I don't want a situation where paypal can limit all my accounts at once as a result of creating / accessing them using identical ips

as long as they are not identical you are good. Your situation is normal.

Thanks for replying, how about the mac address and dns? can paypal accounts be connected through either of these two?

Nope. if they could link us that way we'd all be shut down.

Make sure all your info is different and you'll be good to go.
