VPN or Tethering
 

I'm still contemplating between two of them. Thetering doesn't cost extra to me but I would have to turn the mobile hotspot on every single time and the fact that the ip is gonna change every time I turn off my phone worries me, wouldn't it be suspicious for ebay to login from a different ip everytime? Would having a dedicated ip address be better in overall since I would login with the same ip address everytime?

No it won’t be suspicious login in with different ip’s, I would recommend you using a VPN though in the long run.

I have much experience with both. I've used My personal 4G and Flashed 3G/2G phones/MiFi's... I also taught myself how find cheap ( around $10 a year, but not well known) servers and build my own VPN's.

VPN is defiantly the way to go. But only if you make enough profit to buy one here or learn how to build your own. If you can figure out how to stealth a account, you can build a VPN. All the instructions are on this forum, you just have to find them

I used tethering for over a year on 10+ accounts logging every IP.

That was WAY more work and time consuming than learning how to find, build, and secure a VPN server.

ive done both as well but i would log your ips if you use hotspot ips will repeat eventually

VPN is convenient.

Click a button and your up and going with your IP. And it's fast. With Mifi 3G it's slow sometimes.

VPN is also great when traveling. Long term is the better option for your serious accounts.
