I wanted to know can i used same internet connection but different laptop manage two different paypal ?

can they be linked in any way ?

i have use the same wifi router to connect both laptop

You need a new IP address per account.

Which country for eBay/PayPal?

So long as you can either change the IP address or you use a VPN then you can do :)

You would need to use a different user account (or VM, portable browser etc) for each account though

Two different user accounts will suffice. Two different laptops will also work fine.

In addition to that, as Aspkin and James have said, if you use 2 x VPNs to prevent IP overlapping, you're good to go.

The only way after that you'll get linked is if you funnel funds between those two PayPal accounts, just don't do that and you'll be fine.

I don't understand why all guys using 1 IP per account. I 'm using about 10 dedicated servers over 2 year. each server have 2-4 users accounts. every user account same IP. My accounts never got limited. What about family? If family have access only to one pc/laptop? Of course if you do something bad or link your accounts sending money from one account to another using same IP paypal can easy ban all accounts. But if you don't link accounts all works fine. It's my own experience.

You'll find out why this isn't ideal when one account goes down. Until them you'll be fine.

Family - Its a hit and miss. Sometimes they dont also get limited, sometimes they do. I've heard stories from both sides.

Don't use same IP for two or more PayPal account, they will limit your account.
