Stealth is underway - first problem...

I am trying to change my IP address. I have Virgin Media Super Hub 3. I have followed the steps in the guide but my IP remains the same when checlking it on IP Burger. Can anyone help?

I have also just noticed that my IP address on Ipburger is different from the one coming up on the command promp, didn't work trying to change it that way.

Thank you :) I actually just found that. The annoying thing is, I got rid of my old routers not long ago.

Thinking about it, I will be switching from Virgin Media back to Sky in October this will then change my IP address won't it? So it might be better for me to use VPN until then?
