Question regarding stealth pp location and IP location
 

when creating / accessing a stealth pp account, does it matter if the stealth pp location is different from the ip location? for example if I create a stealth paypal account with details from Wisconsin and the 24vc / IP burger ip I used to create and access the account is NewYork, would this cause any problems for my stealth paypal account?

In the UK, if its the same country its usually fine. I.e. UK IP, you can make the account anywhere in the UK.

I can't comment for US. But I'd just do it to stay on the safe side, i'm sure you can get IPs for lots of different states.

My IP's are all over the country, particularly when I tether, no problems yet.

I don't think there should be any issue. Ip address usually represent a whole country.

"Represent a whole country" might be incorrectly worded.
