Should i use dedicated or dynamic for ebays + paypals?

Re: Dedicated IP?

Depends on your setup and how you want to manage stores

For me, I like to do virtualbox per account and then have a VPN for each virtual machine

This allows me to have 1 connection (+ separate VPN per window) and tab through all my stores with ease

If you only plan on using and having 1 account, probably easier to just get a hotspot

Re: Dedicated IP?

If your using VPN a Dedicated IP is mandatory...

If your using Cellular IP's you have no choice but to use Dynamic IP's and log them...

Cellular IP's make stronger accounts but are more work and a real PIA when you start getting duplicates and are trying to find a IP you can use with a particular account.

Re: Dedicated IP?

Creating hundreds of datacenter VPN's or Proxies yourself isn’t particularly difficult. But getting hundreds of residential IP's is next to impossible – because residential IPs are assigned only to residents. As such, security systems generally deem residential IPs to be more genuine and legitimate than datacenter IP's. The reasoning goes something along the lines of “if you’re not doing anything wrong, then you have nothing to hide” (you have no reason to use a VPN or Proxie(Data Center IP)).

Cellular IP's would fall into the residential category.

I use dynamic - list your acct creation steps? Are you selling risky stuff?

Are you disabling IPv6? I have no proof IPv6 will hurt you but its possible... I havent been able to determine if IPv4 and IPv6 addresses line up on cellular. They might not.

You have to have a error in your system somewhere. Cellular IP's shouldn't cause you any issues.

Sounds like you've done quite a bit of testing... are the dedicated IP's coming from a VPN (data center)? Or is it a residential IP?

I haven't put the theory to the test... But everything I've read for the last 2 years suggests that cellular IP's build stronger accounts... It could be all bull sh!t and no one ever really tested the theory.

Re: Dedicated IP?

As long as you record the IPs and never re-use the same one you'll be fine

Some providers have much larger pools than others

ATT for example in the states has really small IP pools

Ebay and Paypal do not like proxies. They will ban you in a heartbeat. VPN or VPS will give me an IP in towns I am not in. That is the purpose of why I need to know what is best and what providers give the best IPs without constantly giving the repeat IPs to different customers.
I read that some smaller VPS companies re send the IPs therefore putting you at risk if someone has been banned and you use their IP you will possibly get banned also.

Hi, Is there any VPS with dynamic IP?

Re: Dedicated IP?

Yes, they're out there. But you need to have a domain name to add to it at setup.

I think you should use dedicated IP, because dynamic IP changes every time.

If logging your IP Addresses using MiFi, it’s okay to use the same cellular IP on one account if it recycled right? For instance on one date I logged in on IP (1.1.1.12) on account “A” and then two weeks later that IP came up again so I used the same IP (1.1.1.12) on the same account “A”... that would be okay, right? Same IP, same account?

Re: Dedicated IP?

I used to use dynamic, but for me it ends up being time and patience lost.

So i use a dedicated VPN now and saved hours of sanity.

Yes, same IP same account is what you want...

What you dont want to do is use the same IP on both accounts... that would link the two accounts together.

If you want to go the dynamic IP route, make sure you have an excel sheet and record every single IP on every account and make sure you don't reuse them.

it's tedious after a while, but it still works.

Becoming mad tedious, but can’t change for at least another 6 months. Going forward I’m going to try VM and Dedicatd VPN for each account. After 4-5 accounts it’s really tedious.
