Eu Residential Ip
 

Hi All

I'm looking for some It or Fr residential static ip for paypal.
Does anybody have some recommendation?

Hi angely,

In order to have a static IP you have two options, either your use your home internet connection (ADSL, Fiber-optic, cable ....), or using a VPN connection. But keep in mind ONE static IP means ONE account.

While you're living in Italy, you may already have a static IP (your home internet connection), but for France the only option is a VPN.

For italy, there is another option than a static IP, while you're living there, you can use a Mobile Hotspot (using your mobile phone or a specific hotspot device to create a WIFI network using mobile internet technologies 3G or 4G) This allows you to have multiple IP addresses (Each time you diconnect your phone or your hotspot device and reconnect it, you'll get a new IP address), and since it's not a static IP address, you need to keep tracking all used IP's and make sure not to use one IP with more than one account, I believe that a spread-sheet designed for this was shared on the forum.

i have few doubts:
-network
i have my home connection and the hotspot both dynamics.
I assume that i can open accounts as much as the ISP would give me a different IP every time it switch to a new one?
and since the IPs are rotating , there might be a chance that they could have been already used to someother user to open a accounts?

-Vpn
i read that paypal can see if a user is connecting to an account through vpn/proxy, even if paypal doesn't claim that is forbidden, that wouldn't raise a flag?

Doesn't IT or FR have personal hotspots you can purchase, or phones with sim data that allow you to tether?

That would probably be your best bet to get some localized IPs, otherwise ipburger or 24vc will have IT/FR Ips

- You can use dynamic IPs to run multiple accounts as long as you keep track of your used IP and on wich account it was used.

-Regarding VPN, it's an approved solution, a lot of people including me are using it to manage their accounts without any issue, you just need to make sure to use a VPN from a trusted provider (providers who doesn't recycle their IPs) you can find them on the forum marketplace.
