does it matter where my IP address is located
 

does it matter the location of my IP address ? I am in the US, but on the East Coast, my purchased IP address via VPN is on the West Coast.

Does that mean anything to me, and when I select an address for eBay, PP, will that flag me ?

For eBay and PayPal it means nothing...

For network latency, it could slow your transfer rate down by a few nano seconds... No big deal tho... Not like as if your VPN was on the opposite side of the planet.

I have servers running VPN software all over the US. Miami, Jacksonville, New York, Chicago, Dallas, and LA. All my addresses are in FL. No problems here.

For my accounts in the US, I use IP from all over the country.

For my aco****s in the Canada and UK, same principle applies.

Not proven to be a problem within our group.

Log your IPs if you are running multiple accounts.

its my experience that it does not mean anything for paypal or ebay, so you don't need to worry about, they will not flag your account.
