question i notice with my verizon mifi jetpack i get different ip addresses but my ip location is in the same area which is in new jersey my question is can paypal limit your account if your paypal account address is miles away from the location that the verizon ip location detects can they limit you account by just that??

My accounts based in the US use IP from states hundreds of miles away without issue - keep cookies in place.

All Verizon mobile IP's geolocate to New Jersey because that's where Cellco Partnership's IP address blocks are registered.

This won't cause any issues with eBay/PayPal. They don't care where the IP is so as long as it's in the USA or respective country for that account.
