Ip Burger payment problem

Guys 2 days ago I paid 44.95$ for my second 3 month subscription with ipBurger,
But my account is still suspended and I have 20s shipments to confirm for today..

Guys from ipburger please connect with me,we can talk on skype or anywhere to end this nightmare asap....

I really need you help

Ps. Support on website is tooooo slow....

Your last ticket was 44 minutes ago. Our team is already responding. Seems there was an issue where you wanted to use a different credit card than your own. We're working with you on the ticket and another you opened about payment.

I just tried to log on to my account to change ip because of suspension and it tells me my password is wrong (it isn't) and so I hit forgot password and it says my email address is incorrect (it isn't) so I replied to the email that sent to my supposedly wrong email. So what is going on guys.
