Is it fine to use IP which differs by only the last digit?
 

Hello,

I took a break of a year from selling and now I am coming back to the game.

The previous IP I used on one of my stealth accounts (ebay+paypal) was xxx.xxx.xx.x5

And now the IP I would use would be xxx.xxx.xx.x6

Is it fine to use the IP which differs by one digit (and that digit is just an increment)? Would it make my account flagged because of this?

Yep that is fine. New IP is a new IP

Make sure that's your public facing IP and not the local IP you're getting from your Wifi router. It's extremely rare for an ISP to give out sequential IP's due to the status of customer connections constantly changing.

public facing IP

is your address when surfing which is the one you get from sites like:

https://whatismyipaddress.com/

local IP

is the one of your Local Area Network, the one in your house/office where you connect to printers or routers... that doesn't care.

Easiest way to find your public IP is by just typing "show my IP" into a Google search.
