IP Tracking
 

So I have read on here about IP tracking and am fairly certain I understand, also read on here about VPNs that do not have a dedicated IP address exclusively for you.

Here is my question. I logged on to one of the VPNS and checked IP address via what's my IP. Did it 7 days in a row and got 7 different IP addresses. So how would paypal ban you if every time you log on you get a different IP address?

Logging in with a different IP every time wouldn't kill the account since tons of users who login only on their phone do that all the time.

But if you happen to login one day from a very blacklisted IP (one that was used for spam or scams previously) without knowing, your account could suddenly be limited without much explanation.

Because the vpn provider will recycle those IP's so it is also likely someone else has used that IP, possibly with eBay and boom limited.

It takes a little more than an IP just being used for eBay before.

I understand that only using the same IP doesnt cause any problem. The proof of it when you using your Phone or pc to connect internet your ISP gives you a random IP which someone else May used it for another account or even a banned account. It is very comman because your ISP gives it randomly. I think what cause a problem in terms of IP is that if you use a certain IP for multiple account in a very short time or at the same time that may be a problem. As far as I understand keeping logs of IPs is a waste of time. I do not recommend this because it is just my opinion. Any idea?
