IP address and physical address

I just purchased an IP address from IP Burger and it's in Florida, I live in Utah and my PO box is in Utah. Is this going to cause me a problem? In the eBay stealth guide it says that it needs to be within a 100 mile radius of my physical address.

Ebay, PP don't care....as long as the IP is in the USA...you are fine. I live in California, My phone gives me IP's from New Jersey.....doesn't matter.
