Hello, so if I create a new PayPal and Ebay account with a fresh IP address(what still never used),then can I have problem if I login into my accounts with different IP address?(Ebay suspension, PayPal limit?)

The IP addresses location in the same country.

The whole point of using a new fresh account is to log in with an IP you have never used before.

As long as you do it on the same device and the new IP you use is CLEAN it should be fine.

And, if i used fresh IP when i register the accounts,and if i login in once with a not fresh ip address(which maybe used before)

Then i get a suspension/or limit?

Not automatically but the chance for linking due to use of old IP is increased and the chance for problems are increased...
