I have complained many times regarding the VPN being very slow to browse and when using with eBay it’s very slow and sometimes times out . When using 24vc it’s perfect you team always blame the ISP but it’s not that as it’s the same when using virgin or by. Not happy with it at all .

I just bought IP burger to open a new Amazon account and it was closed in seconds.
Can I get a refund?

I only purchased for amazon account.
As I can't use it for this, I don't have a use for it

Well Aspkin you need to alert them again. Have no profiles, some profiles are missing and when I try to download profiles the connection times out on both accounts, having to run risk of suspension by logging onto different IP just to ship products.

Another update, nade, nil, zero action has happened on these issues. 2 profiles disappeared and I am running serious risk logging onto my Two Ebay accts with different IPS. WHEN WILL THE ISSUES BE RESOLVED>

Did you contact IPBurger support?

Contact them, you can use new ip from the same country and you will not have a problem if you use the same user cookie..
