IP logger
 

Hi,
I know most convenient way is using clean and fresh VPN service for stealth purpose.
I wonder if there is any software checking your IP, logg it and if it is the same IP as in the previous one (I mean if it ever used in the past) let the user one.
I know most people use Excel for this but I think it is not difficult to write codes for this purpose?
Do you know any app or software for this or anyone can write a programme for it?

By the way I searched on google and found quite a similar software but not exactly. They just let you know when your IP has changed.
