Question about VirtualBox VM?

I already created 1 VM in VirtualBox, it was a Linux Ubuntu, but If I wanted to create more VMs, should I change the OS, like create a Win XP and then Win 7 for the other VMs, or is it ok to create the exact same OS in each VM?

Having Multiple OS VM's is always best. Create as many as you can with different OS's.

Correct, your fingerprint should be as unique as possible.

I been using multiple OS for years. Once you have the ISO files for all of them, its easy to install various ones.
