Does buying a private proxy will change your location
 

Yes I'm a newbie and i don't understand much on these things but if im willing to buy a dedicated ip and it gaves out a different location adresse from the one i gave ebay will that be a probleme?

See i live in morocco and i don't know if i can buy a private proxy that will make me look that im form the same city!

And at what point will ebay asks you to upload your documentation to compare the informations you gave "name, adresses,age"

It’s just needs to match the same country

UK eBay/PayPal then U.K. IP
Germany eBay/PayPal then German IP etc

You'll have to Google that one because that's certainly not a product sold by the operators of this forum or any of the merchants selling here.
